Hartwell Homes are building three detached homes, each with

hot water is stored separately in a traditional style 400 litre
cylinder within the airing cupboard and provides plenty of
capacity to cover busy demand periods.
A strong landscaping scheme will be planted, introducing native
species and retaining as much of the existing planting as
possible. This is of a varied nature in both species and age and
will serve to return a firm “hedgerow” edge to the boundary with
the adjoining playing field. A maintenance scheme will be
implemented by a Management Company created by Hartwell Homes
for the new residents and will also maintain the shared drive
and the new drainage system.
