Welcome to Hartwell Homes

Hartwell Homes Ltd. is a family owned development company, established in 1982.  We have a committed approach to providing new homes that both fit into and complement their surroundings.

We specialise in developing unusual sites where our designs can make the best use of any particular features or views, thus fully optimising each development opportunity and complementing each site with unique houses and styles.

We are pleased to announce our newest exciting development at The Old Coach House in Wilderwick Road, Dormansland.  Set in the rolling Surrey Green Belt, within an Area of Great Landscape Value and Outstanding Natural Beauty, the site enjoys superb views to the distant North Downs.  It is still within an easy walk of Dormans Station, which offers a half hourly service to London Victoria/London Bridge.  The M23, M25 and Gatwick Airport are a short drive away.  There will be 3 five bedroom homes within the one acre site, built to our usual high specification.  For a copy of our full colour brochure please contact the office on 01342 826926 or complete the email form on the Contact Us page.  Alternatively our Sales Office will be opening on Saturday 6th September 2008, when our Sales Co-ordinator, Sylvia Waller will be available from 10.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. on both Saturdays and Sundays on 07950 456246.

Our recent developments include a pair of semi-detached houses in Hamsey Road, Sharpthorne, these being designed to reflect the adjacent Victorian houses.  In fact a prospective viewer had to ‘phone our agents to ask “where are the new houses in Hamsey Road – they all look the same”!

We are conscious of today’s ever increasing pressures to reduce carbon emissions through both energy reduction and production techniques.  The prevention of heat loss, the use of materials from sustainable sources and the installation of alternative energy systems are some of the aspects of our homes which respond to this emotive issue.
